Georgia Avenue, NW Washington DC is in a revitalization stage which has made many property owners and businesses rethink their design and space usage. This area allows for many mixed use and residential buildings to maximize there lot occupancy. We were able to produce a schematic design and detailed analysis for our client, which met the satisfaction of all parties involved in this project.
